RAE Architectural & Environmental provides landscape design, landscape planning and technical consultancy. Our services are required to secure planning permission for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in both private and public sectors.

We specialise in landscape assessment and landscape design. We undertake strategic assessments to determine the scale of development and to assist in the promotion of sites.

We provide drawings for all the work stages including landscape strategy and green infrastructure plans, landscape visualisations and concept proposals for the initial work stages.

We also produce detailed design, specification and planting plans for discharge of planning conditions and the construction phase.
